Generate is a software application developed by the Center for the Integration of IDEA Data (CIID) to improve data quality and automate state education agency (SEA) EDFacts reporting through standardization. The Generate Governance Group’s (G3) purpose is to serve as the SEA stakeholder advisory group to support and inform the evolution of Generate.

The group’s goals are to

• establish a collaborative network of Generate users and interested states;
• inform the priorities for future enhancements to Generate; and
• contribute toward the development of a sustainability model for Generate.
